How do I submit music?

Submit directly to our SVP of A&R, Oren Major here.

Before I Submit, What Are The Terms?

Every track in the CasFlow library will be split as such:

1. The artist and producer of the track will retain 100% of the songwriter share,

2. CasFlow will retain 100% of the publisher share

and we will split the master share 50/50.

3. Any upfront fees for your music will be split 50/50 between you and CasFlow.

4. Every track in the CasFlow library must be exclusive to the library.

That's only 4 things. Is that it?

YES. That's really it.

We will send an agreement for each track we accept into the CasFlow library.

Shouldn't this information be hidden?

If we are doing right by the musicians we work with, why would we hide our terms?

Nothing is worse than a company showing you an opportunity only to hit you with some shady business afterwards.

Will I still be credited for my music?

Yes. You will always be credited for your music. All artists, songwriters and producers will be credited for every song they work on.

Can I still release and promote my songs?

Yes!

When you register your songs through your distributor just keep the same splits we outlined above.

(CasFlow must also be a primary artist on all tracks.)

We want you to release, perform and promote your music because it deserves to be heard!

Having trouble with getting your tracks on DSPs like Spotify, Apple Music & TikTok?

We offer distribution services as well through our partnerships.

Can I modify those terms?

These terms are set so that we can earn revenue.

This helps us keep the lights on to maintain and admin your catalog, nurture relationships with major networks, film companies and video game publishers while also making sure you get paid on time.

That means we cannot modify these terms. They are the same for everyone we work with. 100% publisher share is standard for sync libraries but feel free to ask around before you enter any agreement even if it's with another sync library!

We want you to be excited to work with us, if these terms aren't for you then we fully respect it.
